Half-day tours (2-3 hours) or full-day tours (6 hours) available. Half-day tours can be organised for mornings or afternoons at a time to suit the individual or group. Your  experienced guide will collect you from any of the local hotels and return you back at the end of the tour.

The first stop on the half-day tour is the town of Taqah.  You will be guided through the fully-restored Taqah Fort, before moving onto Khor Rori, a natural lagoon full of birdlife.  Next to Khor Rori is the ancient Frankincense Port of Sumahram, dating from the 4th Century BC.  From Sumahram, we will go to visit the anti-gravity magnetic road.  The tour will finish at Ain Razat Spring.

The full-day tour incorporates all of the destinations of the half-day tour, but from Sumahram the tour will take you to the permanent springs and lush greeness of Wadi Darbat.  After an excursion around the Wadi the tour continues along the coast road to the Tomb of Bin Ali, the man reputed to have introduced Islam to the Dhofar Region, and then onwards to the ancient fishing village of Mirbat where you can see Mirbat Castle, the bustling fishing port,  and the beautiful carved doors and windows of the old town. The tour will take in the anti-gravity magnetic road before finishing up at Ain Razat Spring.
